Little Steps 1, Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist to join their team in Rego Park, NY. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical needs to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients across relevant age groups and diagnoses
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and caregivers
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to patient-centered goal setting

Requirements:

• Active New York State Occupational Therapist license (OT/OTR)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• NBCOT certification required or eligible
• Experience in adult rehabilitative OT settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, ADLs, and therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care
