As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents while providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment in a high-end residential setting.Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with resident needs.Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to enhance the overall resident experience.Security:Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.Conduct regular patrols of common areas to deter and detect security issues.All patrols will be documented using a mobile deviceRespond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.Create daily logs and incident reportsPackage Management:Receive and scan incoming packages, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery to residents.Effectively manage package storage and distribution, maintaining a secure and organized system.Qualifications:Security experience is preferredProven experience in customer service and security roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with package management systems and security protocols.Knowledge of the local area and amenities is a plus.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
