Pay & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $80,000 $115,000 (based on experience)
- Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
- Assist patients with recovery and mobility improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in occasional SNF or home health visits
- Ensure compliance with facility standards and safety protocols
- Support patient-centered care in community settings
What You Need
Required:- Minnesota Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 1 year)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy
- Flexibility with shift scheduling
- Ability to adapt to varied care environments
