General Position Overview:

Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of customer promotional products utilizing knowledge of production methods, engineering and equipment. The VAS Supervisor is directly responsible for activities of all VAS employees. This supervisor will be responsible for all VAS shifts.

General Accountabilities include:

• Schedule Orders & Appropriate Staffing
• Accurately Process Paperwork in the Computer System
• Ensure Proper Inventory & Material Levels for Production Needs
• Accurate Lot Management to Ensure Traceability
• Directing the Work Activities of VAS Staff
• Assure All Policies & Procedures are Followed
• Monitor Employee Performance & Coach for Improvement
• Participate in the Hiring, Onboarding, and Training Process
• Participate in Time Studies, Estimates, & Bids on Potential Customer Projects
• Participate in Off-hours Meetings & Training
• Other duties as assigned by management

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Previous Experience Handling Food Products (a plus)
• Supervisor Experience (preferred)
