We are seeking a full-time Communications Associate to join our on-site team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will assist in planning and executing communication strategies, produce content for both digital and traditional platforms, and collaborate with team members on brand management initiatives. Regular responsibilities include drafting press releases, managing social media accounts, developing email marketing campaigns, supporting internal and external communications, and assisting with client presentations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and an ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, including experience with press releases and marketing materials.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in strategic communication planning and brand management.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to gather and interpret data for various marketing strategies.
• Solid understanding of public relations principles and effective communication techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant communication platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
