****This is a fully on site 4 month contract to hire position in Lutz, FL paying $18/hr for the first 4 months then will bump up to $23.50/hr at the 4 month mark****

One of Insight Global's Engineering clients is looking to hire an Office Assistant to join their team in Lutz, FL. Job Summary

The Office Associate will support day-to-day operational and administrative functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project setup, employee coordination, and system data management by working across multiple platforms and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with technology, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work Order Management

• Create, update, and maintain work orders using client work management systems.

• Ensure accurate data entry and tracking within internal systems to support project execution.

Client and Employee Roster Management

• Maintain and update internal client rosters, including contract employee details such as ID badge numbers, email addresses, and reporting leadership.

• Ensure employee and client information remains accurate and up to date.

Field Map Creation and Maintenance

• Generate field maps using proprietary client software and cloud-based mapping tools.

• Verify that maps accurately reflect distribution pole lines, equipment, and job-specific requirements.

Project Assignment and Billing Support

• Create new work orders and assign employees to client projects using Microsoft Dynamics.

• Apply appropriate billing classifications based on employee role and department.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams and departments to support operational needs and project coordination.

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
