Job Title: RN - Critical Care - Travel


Location: Alexandria, LA


Pay: $93 per hour


Shifts: Days 7AM - 7PM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care for a travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a mixed cardiac and medical ICU environment, providing essential care to patients with conditions such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, and Post-op Cardiovascular surgeries.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care
  • Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
  • Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers
Requirements of the RN - Critical Care
  • BLS certification via AHA required
  • ACLS certification via AHA required
  • RN License in state of employment or compact
  • Every other weekend required
  • No call responsibilities
