Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation cases across a broad range of personal injury matters. LITIGATION PARALEGAL Location: Albany, NY Work Arrangement: On-Site Salary: $55,000-$65,000 About The Role Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation cases across a broad range of personal injury matters. This role will support attorneys throughout the litigation process while managing case files, coordinating interviews, preparing legal documents, and providing administrative support to help ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery management, and trial support Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Draft and prepare discovery materials and correspondence Coordinate client and witness interviews and compile detailed reports to support case development Order medical records and lien records and follow up as needed Maintain accurate and organized case files through data entry, filing, and document review Monitor case progress, schedule court dates, and manage multiple priorities Ensure case files and activities remain aligned with court deadlines and procedural requirements Provide administrative support, including calendar management, phone etiquette, and organizational tasks Required Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with familiarity in litigation processes Experience with personal injury matters, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, slip and fall, and sexual abuse cases Experience with legal case management software and document review and management systems Excellent writing skills and ability to draft clear legal documents Strong proofreading and attention-to-detail skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Effective client and witness interviewing skills Strong professional communication skills Administrative experience supporting a law office Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team Benefits Health insurance Simple IRA plan Vacation, personal, and sick time Year-end performance reviews for potential raises and bonuses, #J-18808-Ljbffr
