The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.Basic QualificationsBasic Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.Must be able to acquire and maintain a UnitedStates security clearance. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to present and articulate technical issues (both verbal and written).Ability to facilitate and lead root cause and corrective action investigations to address and resolve quality related issues.Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, and Standards.Experience in using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Desired SkillsMaster's Degree in a STEM discipline is preferred.Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Minimum 5 years technical experience in quality assurance, manufacturing/production, engineering development, and/or defense/aerospace industry. or 3 years experience with a related masters degree.Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, techniques, and principles in support of root cause analysis, hardware build, inspection, and/or test.Expertise in quality engineering tools and software such as Apriso, SAP, P2P, Windchill, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, AMS.LSS or LM Green or Black Belt Certification.ASQ Certification(s)GD&T experienceInterpretation and application experience in AS9102, AS9100, and/or ISO9001.Interpretation and application experience in J-STD-001, IPC-6012, IPC-A-610.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
