Patient Services Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator for a full-time position in New Providence, NJ, who will manage benefit verifications, medication authorizations, and communication with patients and healthcare providers in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Perform benefit verifications for insurance and therapy changes Manage new and reauthorizations for medications under various insurance plans Maintain accurate records and communication with patients, physician offices, and the sales team Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business preferred Experience with infusion therapy patients and prior authorizations is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CPR+ and/or Caretend preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail
