Job Description Summary Under general supervision of a licensed provider, a Lab Collector must effectively collect urine and swab samples from patients in a timely manner and perform clinical duties. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced practice. It is a full‑time position with potential to transition to full‑time employment at Summit Spine & Joint Centers, reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager. The primary work locations will be Region 101 clinic locations, with possible changes based on coverage, business needs, and ASC operating hours. Region 101 Operating Schedule Greenville: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Spartanburg: Monday, Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Anderson: Monday, Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities Collect and package urine samples and/or cheek swab samples from patients for subsequent drug screen analysis. Collaborate with all clinic staff to assist with the smooth functioning of the daily clinic workflow. Effectively process messages between patients, administration, and other medical offices. Report to office manager and/or practice administrator. Skills & Abilities (minimum qualifications) Willingness to travel to all region locations. Responsive and comfortable handling and processing urine samples. Ability to conduct cheek swabs. Detail‑oriented. Previous clinical experience. Education and Experience (preferred qualifications) One year of clinical experience preferred. Experience using eClinicalWorks or other EHR system preferred. Associate’s Degree or higher preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
