- ** 5–10 years of civil litigation paralegal experience ** , supporting cases from client intake through trial.
- Strong knowledge of the civil litigation process , including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and managing case files.
- Experience with client communication, court filings, service of process, and maintaining litigation calendars and deadlines.
- Prior trial preparation and trial support experience is required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Clio, Microsoft OneDrive, and PC-based systems .
- Experience working in a paperless law office environment.
