Finance Manager

Ascension Search Partners is partnering with a middle market private equity-backed company undergoing significant growth and operational transformation. This is a unique opportunity to help scale the FP&A function, working directly with the CFO and executive leadership to develop reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI infrastructure that will support the next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting and management dashboards. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers. Partner with sales, operations, and executive leadership to provide actionable business insights. Build reporting processes and improve visibility into profitability, margins, and overall business performance. Create financial models, ad hoc analyses, and presentations to support strategic decision-making. Help establish scalable FP&A processes and reporting capabilities as the organization grows. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 4-6 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience. Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Experience developing KPIs, management reporting, and performance dashboards. Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred: Power BI experience.
