Technical Account Executive

Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Account Executive to own strategic sales and partnerships across fintech, payment service providers, neobanks, wallets, payroll platforms, and financial infrastructure companies operating on-chain.

This is a commercial role for someone who can close deals, but also understand the technical and operational details behind modern payment flows. You should be comfortable understanding how Hinkal’s product suite fits into a customer’s existing stack, where privacy creates value, and how to communicate that value clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

You will own the full sales cycle - from identifying high-value prospects and leading discovery calls to shaping commercial proposals, coordinating technical integration discussions, and closing enterprise partnerships.

This role is best suited for someone who is highly commercial, technically curious, comfortable with complex financial infrastructure, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise sales and strategic partnerships across fintech, payment service providers, neobanks, wallets, payroll platforms, and financial infrastructure companies operating on-chain
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of potential partners and enterprise customers
  • Lead commercial and technical discovery calls with founders, product teams, engineering teams, compliance teams, and senior decision-makers
  • Understand customer payment, settlement, treasury, wallet, and stablecoin flows, and identify where Hinkal can create value
  • Explain Hinkal’s API, SDK, WaaS, private balances, confidential transfers, compliance features, and integration paths in a clear and commercially relevant way
  • Own commercial conversations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and drive deals from first contact to signed agreement
  • Work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and leadership to turn partner requirements into clear integration plans

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or technical account management
  • Experience in payments, fintech, banking, cards, custody or relevant crypto infrastructure company
  • Strong understanding of payment and settlement flows, including acquiring, issuing, PSPs, card networks, bank rails, custody, treasury movement, on/off-ramps, and cross-border payments
  • Proven ability to close complex B2B or enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, product architecture, compliance workflows, and operational requirements

Compensation and work schedule

Fully remote position with a 6-day workweek, 12h per day on average.

Compensation in USD + equity.

The role is best suited for someone who is highly commercial, technically curious, comfortable with complex financial infrastructure and a fast-moving startup environment.
