The incumbent will be charged with managing digital content and assets on the CCA website, writing editorials and press releases, and assisting with media projects as needed, with the primary responsibilities of overseeing CCA's website and serving as the institutions MyCCA portal administrator, as well as writing press releases and marketing pieces for the college. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate online objectives, provide recommendations, and ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, the role involves managing other digital assets such as videos and campus digital signage. The Digital Content Developer/ Web Manager ensures that the portal and the website deliver a cohesive and engaging user experience, while simultaneously promoting the college's brand, ensuring that it delivers a platform that both attracts and retains students. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize project management software such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms to organize, track, and complete marketing and communications projects.
• Effectively manage time and prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and divisions to align communication strategies and support institutional initiatives.
• Conduct audits of existing content across CCA landing pages to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize pages for search engines, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce program-specific content that is informative, well-organized, and aligns with the college's tone, voice, and branding.
• Manage web analytics tools to establish benchmarks, analyze visitor trends, and develop strategies to increase traffic and improve website performance using data-driven insights.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing front-end user interface designs that promote usability and drive user engagement.
• Maintain and manage content within the organization's intranet (MYCCA portal), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and usability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all web-related inquiries and technical issues, providing timely support and resolution.
• Proactively monitor the website for branding consistency, user experience quality, and ADA Section 508 compliance; address issues as they arise.
• Maintain and enforce standards for web content and graphics, regularly evaluating usability and effectiveness of web pages and ensuring optimization of visual assets.
• Optimize CCA's internal search engine strategy and landing pages to improve visibility and search performance.
• Produce, write, and distribute press releases and feature stories that highlight the college's institutional mission, values, and achievements across multiple platforms.
• Mentor, train, and supervise work-study students and student employees to support marketing projects and provide developmental opportunities.
• Contribute to the overall success of the College by performing other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, digital media, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in writing, editing, and producing digital content specifically for web platforms.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience writing for the web, with a demonstrated understanding of tone, structure, and audience engagement.
• At least two (2) years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies across multiple channels and for diverse target audiences.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and web content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to use project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com) to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, user experience principles, and web accessibility standards (ADA Section 508).
• Ability to analyze and interpret web analytics data to inform strategy and improve digital content performance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com) to plan, execute, and report on project milestones.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook to manage workflow, communications, and documentation.
• Strong editorial and writing skills with a firm command of the English language and adherence to AP style.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current trends in user testing, web usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience managing content through WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS).
• Working knowledge of multiple operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux/Unix) and familiarity with web development tools.
• Experience with and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with a diverse employee and student population.
• Ability to independently plan and manage workload, set priorities, and achieve goals while juggling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
• Added advantage if experienced with DSLR cameras and videography equipment.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION Salary Range: Anticipated starting salary range is $63,500.00 annually. This salary is determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
