TBG Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead Farmington Hills Apartments in Winder, GA, a 144 unit multi-family tax credit community!
Responsibilities:
- Lead office and maintenance staff.
- Oversee leasing, occupancy, collections, and unit readiness.
- Manage vendors and maintain property standards.
- Communicate proactively and follow through consistently.
Qualifications:
- Must possess VERY strong organizational skills.
- Multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
