PulmonologistWe are seeking an experienced Pulmonologist to join a growing multispecialty healthcare practice in Northern Utah. The physician will provide comprehensive pulmonary care to a diverse patient population while collaborating with other specialists and healthcare professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in establishing a long-term practice in Utah with a pathway to partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with pulmonary and respiratory conditions.Conduct detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.Manage acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to provide coordinated patient care.Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health, treatment options, and preventive care.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.Contribute to community education and awareness initiatives related to respiratory health.Participate in clinical research and quality-improvement activities as appropriate.QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.Completion of an accredited residency and fellowship in Pulmonology/Pulmonary Medicine.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology.Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Utah medical license.Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.Strong interest in establishing a long-term medical practice in Utah.Compensation & BenefitsFirst-year base salary of approximately $250,000-$300,000 plus incentive compensation.Potential partnership opportunity beginning in the second year.Low-cost partnership buy-in.Commission-based income structure upon partnership.Equal ownership opportunities among physician partners.100% coverage of health and disability insurance.401(k) and profit-sharing benefits.CME support and professional development opportunities.Board examination fee coverage.Supportive, physician-led practice environment.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a clinically skilled and patient-focused Pulmonologist who is interested in building a long-term practice in Utah.
