As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors. You will remain visible, communicate clearly, document security-related observations, and help deter incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
