Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is recruiting Manufacturing Associates in the Broome County area for a growing manufacturing company! We are hiring for a variety of openings and are seeking candidates with entry-level to advanced manufacturing experience!

We have openings on all shifts, that offer room for growth, on-the-job training, benefits, competitive pay, and unlimited overtime.

We currently have openings for: Assemblers, Injection Molding Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, and Solderers.

1st shift:

• 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
• 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM

2nd:

• 12:00 PM- 8:00 PM
• 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM

3rd:

• 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned stations on the line including the assembly of basic equipment and preparing raw materials.
• Operate and monitor the output of machinery.
• Pull pieces to inspect for quality and document reports for management.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to customer specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and written instructions for work orders to ensure the product meets tolerances and product specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment to assemble and secure units.

Requirements

• Must possess good hand-eye coordination and identify a variety of colors and shapes
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Manufacturing related position preferred
• Experience with soldering, inspection, and quality control are a plus.

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
