Company Culture Serving the Lee's Summit community since June 2025, the Jake Wasinger State Farm Insurance agency is currently a team of three: the Agent, one service team member, and one sales team member. We are now looking to add an additional team member to the sales team. Collectively, our team has over 40 years of insurance experience, with the Agent having been with State Farm for more than nine years. As an agency, we strive to maintain a growth mindset while providing exceptional service to each customer. We take great pride in representing the State Farm brand and are committed to helping our community with their insurance needs. Responsibilities Marketing through outbound sales calls Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
