Senior Systems Engineer - Digital Workplace

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems engineering and workplace technology modernization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID including advanced identity governance and Conditional Access architecture.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune for managing configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application delivery.

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration, host pool management, and performance tuning.

• Experience in PowerShell or Python for automating endpoint provisioning and enterprise patching workflows.

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and troubleshooting complex network and firewall dependencies.

• Excellent communication and technical writing skills for mentoring staff and producing architectural documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise-scale endpoint environments utilizing Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.

• Engineer and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions to ensure high availability and performance.

• Build automated deployment pipelines for software and security patches using advanced PowerShell scripting.

• Lead organizational Windows 10/11 modernization initiatives and global device standardization projects.

• Resolve high-level Tier III technical escalations across endpoint, server, and virtualized boundaries.

• Manage Windows Autopilot workflows to facilitate zero-touch provisioning and streamlined hardware lifecycles.

• Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to remediate complex application and connectivity defects.
