Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across wholesale operations, customer experience, trade marketing, and trade show coordination. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment and enjoys being the glue that keeps processes running smoothly.

You’ll support the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams by managing wholesale orders, handling customer experience, coordinating sample flow, maintaining sales collateral and digital assets, and ensuring operational accuracy across programs and platforms. This role will report into the Head of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Sales Operations:

• Maintain sales collateral including sell sheets, one pagers, centralizing images, coupons, banners, business cards, and in-store materials.
• Produce and distribute weekly sales reporting.
• Support customer onboarding and digital asset management for retailer and distributor platforms.
• Support Sales Operations Manager and S&OP processes and communications across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Maintain price lists, spec sheet & SKU priorities.
• Coordinate customer communications regarding pricing updates, discontinued items, spec changes.
• Own all online wholesale order processing across Faire and direct/B2B platforms and managing incoming wholesale inquiries to general mailboxes

Samples & Field Marketing:

• Oversee daily product sample requests, entry, shipping and tracking.
• Manage Brand Ambassador kits/materials and track bonus payouts.

Trade Shows & Logistics:

• Manage trade show registrations, kits, track assets, and coordinate shipping and logistics.
• Manage company merchandise inventory, sourcing, and fulfillment.
• Manage ad hoc shipments and oversee FedEx and UPS account administration.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years working for a CPG company or fast-paced startup.
• Experience working within the natural, grocery, beverage, or consumer package goods (CPG) industry preferred
• Experience working with distributors, brokers, and key retail customers preferred.
• Passionate about food and beverage and/or CPG products.
• Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, and WMS systems.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
• A problem solver, adept at identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
