Dental Receptionist

We’ve been part of the Independence community for more than 50 years , and we’ve built our practice on relationships — with our patients, our community, and with each other. We are a busy, established private practice with a long-standing team, modern technology, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

What Your Day Will Look Like

You’ll be an important part of the patient experience from the moment someone calls or walks through our door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
• Managing a busy schedule and helping keep the day running smoothly
• Answering multiple phone lines while providing helpful, personal service
• Verifying insurance benefits and helping patients understand their financial options
• Coordinating treatment and helping patients move forward with care
• Collecting payments and assisting with account questions
• Communicating with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the rest of the front office team
• Helping create the organized, positive environment our patients have come to expect

The Schedule

We are looking for someone with Monday–Friday availability , including a combination of morning and evening hours, with occasional Saturdays as part of our rotating schedule.
