Training Program

• Duration: Two weeks (10 business days)
• Schedule: Two 90-minute sessions per day
• Outcome: By the end of the program, you will be fully trained and ready to start your new sales job.
• Onboarding Completion: Your salary will start once you complete the training.
• Training Graduation Bonus: Receive a $500 bonus when you show up for your first day on the job after completing the training.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to discuss pre-need arrangements.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each family's unique requirements.
• Present and explain available pre-need options and packages with empathy and professionalism.
• Utilize strong selling and closing skills to guide families towards making informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination of pre-need arrangements.

Job Requirements

• Previous industry experience preferred with an active Life Insurance License.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with people from all walks of life.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Compassionate nature and genuine desire to assist families during difficult times.
