Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and needs through video consultations and digital assessments. \n Develop customized therapeutic plans that address individual client issues, leveraging your knowledge of various treatment modalities. \n Facilitate regular teletherapy sessions, employing tools and techniques that empower clients to build coping mechanisms and overcome challenges. \n Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining detailed electronic health records (EHR) to document changes, feedback, and outcomes. \n Provide appropriate referrals to other healthcare professionals, ensuring holistic care and support for clients needing additional services. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will encounter diverse clients, including those experiencing substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n \n A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey. \n A minimum of four years of related clinical experience demonstrating the ability to manage complex mental health issues effectively. \n Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidenced by familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive treatment practices. \n Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for managing client data and appointments. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms. \n Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. \n Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
