Key Responsibilities\n \n Establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients to foster trust and openness, essential for effective therapy. \n Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances. \n Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address various mental health concerns. \n Provide continuous support and counseling, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on clients’ progress and feedback. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, referring clients to specialists when additional expertise is required. \n Monitor and document clients' progress regularly to assess improvements and make data-driven decisions in therapy modalities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Your expertise will also extend to working with clients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. By employing tailored therapeutic approaches, you will directly impact their recovery journey and support them in achieving their personal goals. Qualifications\n \n Possession of a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license. \n A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n Strong understanding of mental health principles, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies. \n Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. \n Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and other professionals. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in outpatient therapy. \n Certification or specialized experience in addiction therapy is preferred. \n Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for drug addiction and co-occurring disorders. \n Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
