Escape to paradise with an exciting Emergency Medicine NP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant) position in the stunning Florida Keys. This unique role covers two small emergency departments in the Florida Keys , offering competitive pay, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to live where others vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency settings
- Provide high-quality care while managing patient flow effectively
- Work across two hospitals using Cerner EMR
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of recent Emergency medicine experience in a hospital based ER
- Education: NP or PA program graduate with an active Florida license (or eligibility)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS are required

Qualifications:
Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred): Experience: 2 years of recent Emergency medicine experience in a hospital based ER
Education: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Licenses: Active Florida NP/PA license or eligibility
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS (All Required)
Personality Factors: Collaborative, flexible, and able to thrive in small, fast-paced ED settings
