Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level attorney with over five years of experience in fiduciary litigation and estate planning to join their team in Denver, Colorado. The role involves assisting with fiduciary litigation cases, creating and implementing wealth transfer plans for high-net-worth individuals, and managing complex estate and trust administration matters. Duties Assist with fiduciary litigation cases. Create and implement sophisticated wealth transfer plans. Collaborate on complex estate and trust administration matters. Requirements Strong academic background and interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively. Experience working in a team environment. Excellent legal research, verbal communication, and writing skills. High attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-stress environment. Prior professional experience and/or an LLM is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in Colorado or eligibility to waive in.
