Critical Systems Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities Performs on-site services for new and existing clients and acts as local on-site Carrier representative to the customer's organization. Troubleshoots complex technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Acts as the subject matter expert in product knowledge and performs complex diagnostic procedures. Interprets test information to resolve complex design/system related problems and ensures continuous improvement. Provides input to business decisions regarding servicing of customer equipment and customer service philosophy. Manages statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements. Assists managers to optimize the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment and energy. Ensures on‑time/on‑budget execution of assigned projects. Provides oversight of ALC distribution network (branches and dealers). Assists in logistical and supply chain planning for each project in portfolio. Assists sales organization with new project RFPs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of experience in the HVAC industry. Possession and maintenance of a valid driver’s license. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the average workweek, including air travel, overnight hotel stays, and unexpected travel when required. Preferred: Master’s degree or higher in a business or construction discipline and 7+ years’ experience in the HVAC controls industry. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction. Pay Range The annual salary for this position ranges between $117,500.00 and $234,500.00, depending on experience, education and other qualifications.
