Start Date: ASAP or flexible

Duration: Permanent/Full-time

Shift: Rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Hours/week: 36-40

License/Certs: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)

Experience: 2+ years NICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

Deliver advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling

Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions annually across four hospitals

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and pediatric specialists

Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization efforts

Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and professional development

Support families throughout their NICU experience with compassionate communication

Rotate through different hospital sites, contributing to 24/7 neonatal coverage

What You Need

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)

Active Nevada RN and APRN licenses

Minimum of 2 years NICU experience

Strong clinical skills in neonatal life support, high-frequency ventilation, and critical neonatal interventions

Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
