About Pier Point Funding Group
Pier Point Funding Group is building a long-term brokerage platform in the business funding space. We operate in a high-performance, “boiler room” style environment designed for driven sales professionals who want serious earning potential and long-term career growth.
This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for real sales professionals who know how to build relationships, control conversations, and close consistently.
Compensation & Earnings
Pay Range: $120,000 – $300,000+ annually
Top performers can exceed this range depending on production.
Compensation Structure:
- Competitive commission splits
- Performance-based bonuses

- $250/week starting draw for the first 2 months
- Clear path to management and leadership roles

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prospecting and building relationships with business owners
- Analyzing basic business financials
- Structuring funding solutions alongside our underwriting team
- Managing and tracking pipeline activity in CRM
- Closing new deals
- Maintaining client relationships for renewals and repeat funding
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Competitive and highly self-motivated
- Comfortable in a high-performance, high-energy sales floor
- Experienced in real sales (required)
- Strong communicators with closing ability
- Hungry for uncapped income
No license required to start.
Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) is highly preferred but not required.
