The position is ideal for a change management professional who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about guiding people through transformational change in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with program objectives and organizational values.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify business process, technology, and organizational impacts across functions.
- Assess organizational readiness for SIMS implementation and identify barriers to adoption, escalation points, and mitigation actions.
- Create and maintain integrated change, communication, and training plans that are aligned with project milestones and timelines.
- Partner with program leadership, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure change activities are coordinated with delivery schedules.
- Identify, monitor, and proactively mitigate change risks and resistance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Map stakeholder groups, assess their specific impacts, and develop targeted engagement and support strategies for each audience.
- Design and develop role-based training programs and learning materials, including instructor-led training content, virtual training assets, e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and support resources.
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes, workflows, and system interactions introduced by SIMS.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, office hours, and knowledge-sharing forums to build confidence and competence among end users.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to ensure training solutions are scalable, sustainable, and integrated into ongoing learning programs.
- Identify and engage impacted stakeholder groups across the organization to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to the change.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that drive awareness, clarity, and adoption, using appropriate channels and messaging for each audience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams navigating change, providing guidance on messaging, engagement, and risk mitigation.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously refine change, communication, and training approaches.
- Foster collaboration, trust, and inclusion throughout the change journey, modeling a people-first mindset and resilient behavior.
- Define adoption metrics, success measures, and key performance indicators in partnership with business leaders.
- Monitor readiness, training participation, and adoption metrics during implementation and post-launch, and report insights to program leadership.
- Establish feedback mechanisms such as surveys, focus groups, and user forums to capture user sentiment and improvement opportunities.
- Support stabilization and reinforcement activities following go-live, including targeted coaching, refresher training, and communication campaigns.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices from the SIMS program to inform future transformation initiatives and enterprise change efforts.
- Collaborate with sourcing, finance, technology, and global supply chain stakeholders to ensure a seamless rollout and positive user experience.
- Contribute to project planning and coordination activities to keep change management deliverables on track and aligned with overall project plans.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, or closely related disciplines.
