Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Technician to ensure that all incoming materials and outgoing products meet established quality standards. This role is responsible for performing inspections, documenting results, rejecting non-conforming materials or products, and working closely with the production team to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to resolve quality concerns efficiently while maintaining detailed records and supporting overall product excellence. Essential Functions** :** Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Closely partner with production team on quality control concerns to improve product excellence. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Complete special assignments as required/requested by management. Inspect and test a variety of products for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with company standards. Perform daily quality checks to ensure all products meet quality standards before being shipped.
