Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge. Provides receptionist, administrative and secretarial support. Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department. Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel. Perform various clerical duties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. Be a multi-tasker. Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges. Excellent Customer Service Skills Qualifications Successful candidate should possess pleasant phone personality and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Must be dependable, efficient and able to multi-task with emotional control and must have a proven track record of attendance and punctuality. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
