Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. As part of the Americas Commercial team, you'll shape the affordability strategies that connect millions of customers to Apple through some of the most influential carrier and fintech partnerships in the industry. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, relationships, and execution, building multiyear plans, influencing senior leadership, and driving real impact across Apple Retail and Online channels. Description Lead commercial strategy across the Americas, partnering with wireless carriers and bank/fintech partners to develop and execute affordability programs that drive growth and revenue. Use customer insights and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, size them, and build compelling multiyear plans that influence Apple Leadership. Champion a values-driven team culture rooted in inclusion, diversity, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Manage external carrier and fintech partner relationships, developing go-to-market plans and executing affordability offers across key AMR markets Cultivate strategic priorities and size opportunities to build multiyear growth plans, creating proposals that influence Apple Leadership Direct cross-functional teams across Retail and Online to prioritize and deliver business initiatives against hard deadlines Drive program performance through data analysis and deep partnership with Apple Store Online and Apple Retail business teams Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of deep expertise across Retail, Commerce, Wireless Carriers, and/or Financial Services with a strong point of view on where the industry is headed Proven track record building and leading strategy or customer experience functions, translating long-term objectives into high-impact plans that deliver results Highly analytical and data-driven, with the instincts to move fast and the rigor to back every decision with insight Energized by ambiguity, equally comfortable setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it Bachelors or equivalent experience; what matters most is what you've built and the impact you've driven Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of expertise across Retail, Commerce, Wireless Carriers and/or Financial Services, a seasoned leader who brings both depth and a clear perspective on what's next Leads with judgment and earns consensus, a strong communicator who is equally credible in a room with frontline teams as they are with senior executives A natural bridge-builder who influences across functions, owns key partner relationships, and is trusted as the go-to authority on their domain Exceptional at turning complexity into clarity, able to prioritize ruthlessly, execute with precision, and keep strategy and delivery in lockstep A compelling storyteller who crafts presentations that don't just inform, they move people to act and align leadership around a shared vision MBA preferred; a proven body of work that speaks for itself matters most around a shared vision Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
