Full-Time | Approximately 36 Hours Per Week
$15.62 Per Hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus

• $250 after 45 days of employment

Work ScheduleWeek 1

• Sunday – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Monday – 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Tuesday – Off
• Wednesday – Off
• Thursday – 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Friday – 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
• Saturday – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Week 2

• Sunday – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Monday – 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
• Tuesday – Off
• Wednesday – Off
• Thursday – 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Friday – 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM
• Saturday – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals:

✅ Live as independently as possible

✅ Participate in community activities and events

✅ Learn and strengthen daily living skills

✅ Prepare meals and maintain their home

✅ Attend appointments and activities

✅ Meet personal goals and build confidence

✅ Maintain their health, safety, and well-being

You'll also assist with documentation and help ensure individuals receive quality, person-centered support.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or one year of related experience)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting individuals with mobility and daily living activities
• Ability to complete all required training and certifications

Important Role Expectations

This position is considered an Essential Employee role. Team members may be required to:

• Report to work during emergencies or severe weather events.
• Work temporarily at another residential location when needed to ensure continuity of care and support.
• Provide reliable support to individuals who depend on us every day.
