Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will perform industrial maintenance across a modern, robotics-driven facility, focusing on troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and supporting new and existing automated systems. This role involves working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, while using maintenance software and collaborating closely with the broader operations team.

Responsibilities

• Replace parts throughout the facility, including components such as coils on robots and water jet heads, to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Work with pneumatic cylinders, bolts, clamps, and related mechanical components to install, adjust, and repair production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns as they occur, including automated molds and water jets, to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Train on and operate a KMT Streamline SL-V 50 R Plus system to perform maintenance, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting on this equipment.
• Perform welding tasks when needed to repair or modify equipment and support ongoing maintenance projects.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities on industrial machinery to reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures and extend equipment life.
• Use Fiix maintenance software on computers and tablets to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and update equipment records.
• Shadow experienced team members and actively learn new technologies and processes, particularly related to new and robotic equipment.
• Adapt to working with new, advanced, and robotic equipment, applying curiosity and problem-solving skills to understand and maintain these systems.
• Communicate clearly with the maintenance manager and team members about equipment status, issues found, and work completed.
• Work overtime when required to support production needs and ensure critical equipment remains operational.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, aligning with the facility's emphasis on safety and organization in the maintenance shop.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.90 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
