Position Summary

The person in this position is responsible for selling gaming products to licensed casino operators within an assigned territory and improving the quality of customer service.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and performance metrics.
• Drive sales of gaming cabinets, game content, conversions, and other L&W products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand L&W's installed base and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to generate new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting of opportunities and expected revenue.
• Identify competitive displacement opportunities and proactively position L&W solutions.

Account Management & Customer Relationships

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with casino executives, slot directors, purchasing teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property visits to understand customer needs, evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives, competitive environment, and purchasing strategies.
• Build long-term partnerships that position L&W as a preferred gaming supplier.

Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of L&W's gaming portfolio, including cabinets, game content, hardware, and systems solutions.
• Present new products, game launches, promotions, and sales opportunities to customers.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer purchasing behaviors.
• Gather customer feedback and share actionable market intelligence with sales leadership and product teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance and increase L&W's share of casino floor space.

Sales Execution & Internal Collaboration

• Partner with Sales Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and installations.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, customer presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and forecasts within company CRM systems.
• Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal departments.
• Participate in regional sales meetings, industry trade shows, and customer events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• 4+ years gaming related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Preferred prior working experience with a major gaming manufacturer
• Understanding of gaming and gaming technology related nuances in a working capacity
• Demonstrate skills in developing territory and customer base

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to Travel

Work Conditions

• The work conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
• Casino Environment. Exposure to noise and cigarette smoke
• May require weekend and evening hours. Overnight travel required in relation to territory and customer location
