Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top healthcare talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and enjoys building relationships while meeting hiring targets.

What You’ll Do

Actively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to clients
Negotiate offers and close placements
Meet and exceed recruiting KPIs and placement goals
Stay up to date on healthcare staffing trends and market demands

What We’re Looking For

Proven recruiting or sales experience
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with healthcare roles is a plus
