Sunroom Sales Representative

Overview Champion is seeking experienced in‑home sales professionals to join our successful team. This role offers leads provided, no cold calling, and paid training. Position: Champion Window – Sunroom Sales Representative In this role, you will conduct in‑home sales presentations, identify customer needs, negotiate and close sales, and participate in daily coaching and training. Benefits Unlimited earning potential (estimated $100,000‑$200,000 plus first‑year bonus) Leads provided – pre‑qualified appointments W‑2 sales position with comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, disability, 401K, and flex spending account) Paid training and daily coaching Over 60 years of company experience with career advancement opportunities Company‑paid annual “Achievers” trip and other employee incentives Responsibilities Conduct in‑home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation Negotiate and close the sale Participate in daily sales training, coaching meetings, and opportunities for growth Qualifications Proven success in consultative or in‑home sales, preferably with high‑ticket products or services Strong closing and negotiation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Comfortable conducting in‑home consultations and providing customized solutions Strong organizational and time‑management skills Proficient with CRM systems, mobile technology, and basic math/computer applications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within the assigned territory Ability to accurately measure, assess customer needs, and explain product features, financing options, and installation processes High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or sales certifications a plus Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Preferred Backgrounds Home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, or outdoor living sales HVAC, flooring, kitchen and bath, furniture, mattress, or other high‑value retail sales Automotive, real estate, insurance, or other consultative sales environments Experience selling products with financing options and one‑call close presentations About Champion Window & Home Exteriors Champion Window and Home Exteriors is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
