Saint James School of Medicine is seeking a dedicated USMLE Counselor to support students preparing for NBME and USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK. This role involves close collaboration with faculty and individualized student mentorship to enhance academic performance and residency outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized counseling and monitor student progress regularly Identify at‑risk students and implement targeted improvement strategies Develop, review, and maintain high‑quality USMLE/NBME‑style questions and exam materials Conduct post‑exam performance reviews and deliver actionable feedback Support the Core Concept Review Program (CCRP) and mock examination processes Coordinate study groups and assign students based on performance needs Utilize CRM tools to track progress and generate performance reports Participate in academic meetings and contribute to data‑driven decision making Qualifications & Requirements MD degree from an accredited medical school (ECFMG certification preferred) Completion of USMLE Step1 (Pass or score≥210) and Step2CK Position Details Department: Office of the Dean of Clinical Affairs Location: Park Ridge, Illinois (Full‑time, hybrid) Reports to: Associate Executive Dean Schedule & Benefits Hours: Monday– Friday, 9:00 AM– 5:00 PM.
