About the Job
Our client is currently hiring Nurses with bedside experience for the US market.
What will you do?
- Take vitals, monitor patients' progress, record changes in symptoms
- Keep communication clear between patients and the healthcare organization
- Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
- Participate in finding solutions for variances in patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions
- Observe signs and symptoms a patient is experiencing
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
What are we looking for?
- NCLEX Certification
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a bedside nurse
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
- Calm under pressure and critical thinking
- Physical and emotional endurance
