We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Settlement Planning Case Manager to guide clients through the settlement planning process from initial engagement through implementation.

This role serves as the primary coordinator of the client experience, ensuring that cases move efficiently, clients remain informed and supported, and important details do not fall through the cracks.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people during important life transitions, thrives on organization and follow-through, and can manage multiple complex cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

$110,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the settlement planning process
• Guide clients through each stage of the case and help them understand the next steps
• Coordinate information gathering, documentation, and case requirements
• Manage case timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings
• Maintain accurate records and case notes within company systems
• Collaborate with attorneys, financial professionals, insurance carriers, and internal team members to obtain required information
• Monitor open cases and proactively identify potential delays or issues
• Ensure clients receive timely communication and exceptional service
• Assist with implementation and follow-up activities to ensure recommendations are properly executed
