We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive Settlement Planning Case Manager to guide clients through the settlement planning process from initial engagement through implementation.This role serves as the primary coordinator of the client experience, ensuring that cases move efficiently, clients remain informed and supported, and important details do not fall through the cracks.The ideal candidate enjoys helping people during important life transitions, thrives on organization and follow-through, and can manage multiple complex cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.Desired OutcomesClients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the processCases move efficiently from intake to implementationCommunication is timely, professional, and proactiveCase information, deadlines, and commitments are consistently managed with accuracy
