Administrative Support (50%) - Serves as primary point of contact; triages calls and routes mail requiring leadership action. Prepares and reviews correspondence, ensures proper formatting, and maintains tracking systems. Manages calendars for CMO and AO; schedules meetings, prepares agendas, and records minutes. Coordinates training events, grand rounds, guest speakers, and high-level visits. Oversees logistics for meetings, equipment, hospitality, and protocol support. Maintains personnel records, files, and administrative documentation in accordance with VA policies. Processes personnel actions, training, leave, and duty schedules; maintains time and attendance for 148 staff. Tracks leave for clinic coverage, processes tour-of-duty changes, and resolves payroll issues. Performs delegated patient advocacy duties as needed.

Training & Operational Support (50%) - Serves as Training Coordinator; registers staff, tracks completion, maintains training records, and compiles reports. Manages travel arrangements and maintains the monthly training calendar. Maintains organized files, policies, directives, and reference materials. Assists with data collection, report preparation, workflow improvement, and special projects. Represents AO in meetings and supports management of training funds and policy updates. Submits IT, engineering, and environmental work orders; coordinates facility maintenance and repairs. Manages equipment requests, relocations, and supply purchases through SEPG/EER processes.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
