About the Job We are looking for a social media content creator to help manage and grow Pacsun’s social media presence. A day in the life, what you’ll be doing Daily moderation of all social networks especially TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat Create and design graphics for Instagram feed posts and stories Stay updated on latest brand‑relevant social trends to ideate and create Contribute to creative brainstorms to develop new content concepts Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure a consistent and timely online presence Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across platforms Work closely with our paid ads teams to provide necessary content to market across channels Attend shoots, events and activations for coverage What it takes to Join Proficiency in Canva and/or other graphic design platforms Strong cross‑functional communication to collaborate with teams throughout the organization Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and works well in fast‑paced environments Possess eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual storytelling Strong written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail and organization Availability to work evenings and weekends Salary Range: $53,560 - $70,304 Benefits Dog friendly office environment On‑site cafe On‑site gym $1,000 referral incentive program Generous associate discount of 30‑50% off merchandise online and in‑stores Competitive short‑term incentive program Immediate 100% vested 401(k) contributions and employer match Calm Premium access for all employees Employee perks throughout the year Medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance Physical Requirements Regularly required to talk or hear, sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; frequent interruptions. Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. Hotel, airplane, and car travel may be required. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time position. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. The role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
