Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain Accounts Receivable transactions
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Utilize knowledge of 3-way matching for invoice and payment verification
- Follow up on outstanding balances and customer accounts
- Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
- Knowledge of 3-way matching required
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic accounting and reconciliation experience
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Part-Time Position
