Responsibilities: * Assist the podiatrist with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments * Prepare and room patients, recording vital signs and medical histories * Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and exam room supplies * Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate referrals * Handle patient check-in/check-out and verify insurance information * Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) * Communicate with patients regarding follow-up care and instructions Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred * Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred * Familiarity with podiatry or specialty medical practice is a plus * Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems * Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply About Us: Mina Abadeer DPM PC is a trusted podiatry practice serving the Hackensack, NJ community with expert foot and ankle care.
