Home Care WorkerUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional care and support to clients in Plymouth, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistanceAssist with medication reminders and basic health monitoringHelp with meal preparation and feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe environmentOffer companionship and emotional support to clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsDocument care provided and report any changes in client conditionRequirementsPrior experience in home care or a related field is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow care plans and safety protocolsReliable, compassionate, and patient demeanorValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass a background checkBenefitsCompetitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a monthFlexible scheduling opportunitiesSupportive work environment with ongoing trainingOpportunities for career growth within the companyAbout the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is committed to delivering high-quality home care services that prioritize the dignity, comfort, and well-being of our clients.
