Senior Accountant (Inventory & NetSuite Focus) We’re partnering with a high-growth, well-known consumer brand to add a Senior Accountant to the team. This role sits at the intersection of accounting and operations, with a strong emphasis on inventory, cost accounting, and NetSuite. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the details, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. What You’ll Do Own key components of the month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial review Lead inventory and cost accounting, including inventory valuation, reserves, and COGS analysis Work directly in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy of inventory, costing, and transactional data Partner with operations and supply chain to track inventory movement and resolve discrepancies Support system enhancements and process improvements, especially within NetSuite Assist with audits and maintain strong internal controls around inventory and financial reporting What We’re Looking For 4–8+ years of accounting experience Strong experience with inventory and/or cost accounting Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (required) Solid understanding of month‑end close and GL accounting Experience in consumer products, ecommerce, or inventory‑heavy environments preferred Systems‑oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non‑accounting teams Why This Role Hybrid schedule with flexibility on hours Strong benefits and team‑oriented culture High‑growth environment with real impact on operations Exposure to both accounting and operational decision‑making Clear opportunity to step into more ownership over time Ideal Candidate Profile Someone who: Has owned or heavily supported inventory and cost accounting Is strong in NetSuite and understands how data flows through the system Enjoys partnering with operations, not just sitting in the GL Wants to be in a hands‑on, growing business where they can make improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
